Simone Brown is an author, school psychologist, and prevention specialist based in the Washington, DC area. Having been impacted by parental addiction, she is dedicated to using her personal experience and expertise to support the social and emotional wellbeing of children, families and communities with similar stories. Simone has a Master of Education in School Psychology from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oakwood University. Of her many roles, she is most proud to hold the titles of daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
