Amani Jackson is the Operations Manager at The Ivy Bookshop in Baltimore, Maryland. Amani has worked in and with bookstores across the DMV for the past six years. She has also served on the American Bookseller’s Association’s bookseller advisory committee, as a judge for the American Library Association’s Andrew Carnegie Medal of Distinction and as the ABA Indies Introduce Summer/Fall 2026 committee chair. She lives in the city with her two cats and mountains of books.
